from Delaware County Daily Times
They come from all parts of the world to feel like they belong to at least this small part of the United States. They come from places such as Nigeria, El Savador, Ghana, Guinea, Greece, Guatemala, Liberia, Jordan, China, Vietnam, Turkey, India, Kosovo and Morocco. They come hoping to find at least someone else they can somewhat relate to. But they do all have one common goal: To learn the English language a little bit better. more
