The concern about timely rail shipping of grain and agricultural goods isn't just a concern of farmers and ag retailers of the U.S. The concern is quite similar in western Canada. The Western Canadian Wheat Growers Association has been urging the Canadian government to take measures to hold The Canadian National Railroad and Canadian Pacific Railroad accountable for their "shortcomings" when transporting wheat.
