Builders gain confidence in November
from Window Film Magazine
Heading into the winter months, single-family homebuilder confidence is actually rising, not falling. That's according to the National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index, which has builders' confidence up to a level of 58 points. "Growing confidence among consumers is what's fueling this optimism among builders," says NAHB chairman Kevin Kelly, a home builder and developer from Wilmington, Delaware. "Members in many areas of the country continue to see increasing buyer traffic and signed contracts."
