Our prices are competitive and fair, and in most cases we really can't afford to lower them. Most customers that demand discounts are Tier 2 clients. It's always tough to say no to a customer, but it’s even tougher to lose money. We are working to keep our prices from going up, even though the costs of our materials, utilities, labor — and health insurance — are increasing.
