IG: Customers and businesses still value Postal Service for door delivery
Both consumers and businesses still value postal services, especially door and curb delivery and access to post offices, according to a Feb. 23 report compiled by the Postal Service inspector general and Gallup. The IG says the study is the first of its kind in the United States and looked into four attributes of the USPS: mode of delivery, access to postal services, frequency of delivery and price.
