 Incight provides support to athletes with disabilities

Vail Horton, a Palm Desert High School graduate and congenital amputee, along with Scott Hatley, who has Duchenne muscular dystrophy, founded Incight in 2004 in Portland where they attended college. Launched originally as a scholarship program for students with disabilities, Incight would expand its services to meet the educational, employment and independence needs of people with disabilities. more
