If you've been following this series, you'll recall that we're discussing a five-step process for building PT ambassadors throughout America. First, we discussed the need to establish awareness. If they don't know we’re here, we've nobody to sell to. Next, we discussed engagement. Awareness isn't quite enough. Engagement through two-way conversation allows us to develop relationships that stand out. It's a fun part of the process, and it sets the stage for today's topic: education.
