Federal program encourages veterans to continue to serve
from The Baltimore Sun
Arthur Randolph spent a year in the Army, and had "a couple of close calls" in Vietnam. But when he made it back, he decided he wasn't done serving. He is now part of an Obama administration push to increase the number of veterans who work in their communities after serving their country in uniform.
