Senate bill aims to streamline EPA's lead-exposure regulations

From Aug. 12: Sens. Jim Inhofe, R-Oklahoma, John Thune, R-South Dakota and Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, reintroduced the Lead Exposure Reduction Amendments Act on Thursday, Aug. 6, to increase compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency's Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule.
