Accretive Health Inc. said a Catholic health system and a New York private equity firm have agreed to invest $200 million in the Chicago-based hospital management company. Accretive said Ascension Health, a huge Catholic hospital system, and TowerBrook Capital Partners, will invest $200 million to buy convertible preferred stock and warrants in Accretive. more
