Innovation Act Delayed Amid Broad and Bipartisan Opposition
From July 23
: The House of Representatives has delayed consideration of H.R. 9, the Innovation Act, after broad opposition from inventors, small companies, universities, venture capitalists and the life science industry raised concerns that the Act weakens the patent system.
