University of Arizona Revamping Underperforming Tech Transfer Program

: It's been no secret that University of Arizona's tech program has been underperforming, even though it had the advantages of having a medical school and land grant school status. Over the past few years, the university has made some crucial changes that offer better incentives for faculty researchers to commercialize their inventions. A couple of years ago, UA changed the name of its tech transfer program to Tech Launch Arizona, comprising an office of integrated teams that create an ecosystem of invention and commercialization.
