Dallas study to examine police body cameras, public trust

Researchers plan to survey 911 callers and drivers pulled over by police in Dallas in an effort to examine whether police body cameras affect public confidence in law enforcement. The six-month study by the Caruth Police Institute will involve 100 officers wearing cameras and 100 officers who don't,
