EEOC says charges of retaliation up nearly 5 percent
from Staffing Industry Analysts
A new report by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission shows charges of retaliation increased by nearly five percent in fiscal year 2015. In total, charges of retaliation made up 45 percent of all private sector charges filed with the E.E.O.C. Disability charges increased by six percent from last year and are the third largest category of charges filed.
