Get that life: How I became the head of diversity at Pinterest
Candice Morgan has spent her career helping others achieve a sense of belonging at work. For 10 years she worked for the research and consulting firm Catalyst, developing corporate diversity strategies, leading international conferences on inclusion, and number-crunching countless data to help the world's largest organizations fix a seemingly unfixable problem: achieving gender and ethnic parity in the workplace.
In January, Pinterest hired Morgan as its first head of diversity and inclusion. Her purpose — no big deal — is to fix the tech industry's big diversity problem.
