Pilot with a purpose
from Chicago Tribune
Sitting in the kitchen of his Orland Park home, Ken Creed explains "the hundred dollar hamburger." "You've got a plane, you love to fly, but you've got nowhere to go, so you fire it up and head out to a restaurant a few hours away, eat a hamburger and come home," he said. Eventually, Creed decided he wanted to set his sights on a more meaningful destination, which is how he found his way into humanitarian work.
