US states with the most telecommuting jobs
It’s no surprise that the U.S. workforce is embracing telecommuting, but it seems that employers are also, little by little, coming to accept the freedoms technology provides. According to statistics from the Global Workplace Analytics – a consultancy and think-tank focused on workplace strategies – the population of U.S. workers who do telework and are not self-employed grew by 102 percent in the past 11 years and nowadays 2.8 percent of the workforce does its job from home at least some of the time.
