Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder is hoping to quickly sign a $617 million bailout and restructuring of the debt-ridden Detroit Public Schools. Spokeswoman Anna Heaton said the Republican governor plans to sign the legislation next week in a ceremony in Detroit, should he receive the bills by then. more
