RVDA dealers urged to ask senators to support CFPB reform effort
RVDA is urging dealers to ask their U.S. senators to vote for S. 2663, the "Reforming CFPB Indirect Auto Financing Guidance Act," which would require the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to withdraw the flawed guidance that attempts to eliminate dealers' ability to discount vehicle financing for consumers. Meetings with members of Congress in their home states – either at their district offices or at special local events – go a long way toward supporting the legislative efforts of RVDA and its allies.
