Convention's service management track focuses on better staffing, customer care
Service department personnel can learn how to find and keep the best employees, increase both profits and customer satisfaction, and even earn continuing education units by attending the workshops in the service management track of RVDA’s convention/expo. The track includes 11 workshops led by 10 presenters, four of whom are new to the event. And service personnel will be honored at the Society of Certified RV Professionals’ annual awards and education session. Register now for the convention, slated for Nov. 7-11 in Las Vegas.
