Chicago cuts off Wells Fargo for a year

Chicago Wednesday said it is freezing its business relationship with Wells Fargo for a year, making it the latest government entity to shun the bank following its widening scandal. The action, which was passed by the city council and approved by Mayor Rahm Emanuel, halts Chicago's financial dealings with Wells Fargo including the marketing of bonds.
