Pharmacists can earn 22 contact hours of continuing education credits by completing the
Anticoagulation Certificate Program
. This is a comprehensive program designed to provide pharmacists with the basic knowledge and skills necessary to care for patients taking anticoagulation therapies. After the completion of this course, pharmacists will become certified in anticoagulation management.
