Alleged bullying prompts investigation into South Texas teen's suicide
from San Antonio Express-News
A South Texas sheriff's department is investigating bullying allegations that a 15-year-old girl's family claims occurred at school and online and eventually led to her suicide last week. Natalie Natividad, a 15-year-old from Hebbronville, a valley town of about 5,000 people located about 200 miles south of San Antonio, committed suicide last Friday after "continued" bullying, including messages from peers that she was "ugly" and "should kill herself," her family said on a GoFundMe page set up for funeral expenses and a media interview.
