For non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndromes (NSTE-ACS), taking extra time to prepare lesions with anti-thrombotics did not translate to better hard outcomes after revascularization, a meta-analysis found. Between those who got early versus delayed coronary artery bypass grafting or percutaneous coronary intervention for NSTE-ACS, there were no differences observed in the following categories.
