Although "Take Our Daughters and Sons To Work" is still an official day meant to give kids a glimpse into what mommy and daddy do, supporting one structured day doesn't automatically create a family-friendly work culture. It takes commitment from leadership and support from both employees with and without kids. But there are rewards to be reaped. Plenty of employees look beyond their paychecks for job satisfaction.
