Removing obstacles to leadership for women and people of color
There’s no one reason that prevents women or people of color from pursuing leadership roles; apparently, there are dozens of them. An upcoming panel discussion, which will take place at the SIM Women Leadership Summit on May 4 in Chicago, highlights the various obstacles to leadership and what organizations have done to successfully remove those obstacles. It’ll be moderated by Eileen Gadsden and feature panelist insights from Kimi Hirotsu Ziemski and Kimberly Tableman.
