USPC Exclusive Opportunity to meet with Pony Club Alumni Riders and Officials at the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event
Ten (10) United States Pony Clubs members attending the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event in April will get an exclusive opportunity to meet and chat with Pony Club Alumni participating in the competition, along with Pony Club Alumni and supporters helping the event come off without a hitch. Stop by the Pony Club Booth, on Thursday, April 27th, to put your name in for this chance of a lifetime! This opportunity is open to current Pony Club members age 12-20 and certified a D-3 HM or above. Names will be drawn at 5pm on Thursday and the lucky winners will be notified Thursday night of when and where to meet on Friday, April 28th.
USPC Media Internship at Rolex Kentucky
Do you dream of a career in Equine Media? Ever wondered what it would be like to attend the Rolex Kentucky Press Conference at the end of each Competition Day? Now is your chance! USPC is currently accepting essays, from members 15-20 years of age, certified a C-2 or above for this unique opportunity. Two lucky Pony Club members will be selected from the submissions to attend a Rolex Kentucky Press Conference and get an exclusive tour of the Rolex Kentucky Media Center with Pony Club Alumni Ann Haller. At the end of the day, only one person gets to be recognized as the “Winner” of Rolex Kentucky. As equestrians, we all know that it takes a community to support and help that person reach their goals. Please discuss the “village” that it takes for riders to reach those goals. 500 Words or less, to be emailed to email@example.com by Monday, April 24th, by 5pm Eastern Time. Must already be planning to attend the event. (No admission passes or travel expenses included)
Cross Country Course Walk
Pony Club members are encouraged to attend Cross-Country Course walks hosted by our generous Pony Club sponsor Triple Crown. The details of these course walks will be posted at the USPC booth.
Stadium Course Walk
Top International course designer Richard Jeffery will again lead the Show Jumping Course Walk on tentatively schedules for Sunday April 30th at 9am. The stadium course walk will be limited to Pony Club Members and will start a promptly 9am. Please plan to arrive at 8:45am as late arrivals will not be allowed to join the group. A group picture will be taken and posted on the USPC Facebook page.
