Prius driver, 76, charged with shooting at couple who made 'obscene gesture'

A 76-year-old Central Texas man was recently arrested after allegedly escalating a road rage incident with a handgun. Police said Jay Brumbaugh of Weatherford shot at a vehicle whose occupants allegedly made an obscene gesture while passing him up on the road. According to Palo Pinto County Sheriff Brett McGuire, the occupants called police to report the gunfire incident, which coincidentally unfolded right next to the sheriff's office.
