An over-automated recruitment process leaves candidates frustrated and missing personal connections, finds study

Randstad US has announced the findings of a new study examining job seekers' perceptions, attitudes and expectations of the job search process. According to the data, while most candidates find value in technology, they are frustrated when it supersedes the human aspect of the process. In fact, 82 percent of respondents agree they are often frustrated with an overly automated job search experience.
