While student growth has slowed in recent years, the U.S. is still a hotspot for international high schoolers. The number of foreign students studying at U.S. high schools more than tripled from 2004 to 2016, according to a new report from the nonprofit Institute of International Education. More than 82,000 international students studied at U.S. high schools last year.
