Preparing for fall and winter tourism in Vermont
As the temperatures slowly drop, and the leaves start to change Vermont's busiest tourist season is almost here. Adams Apple Orchard in Williston is busy getting ready for its busiest season. "Apple season is a short period of time for us, it's about six weeks, but it's probably our busiest six weeks of the season," Kim Antonioli of Adam’s Apple Orchard said. Antonioli says the apples this year are huge thanks to all the rain earlier this summer. "The trees are really full this year, it's a beautiful crop, and the apples are sizing up really nicely. We have macs out there that are already good size apples so we're really happy with the crop this year," Antonioli said.
