IKEA leader to keynote International Wood Adhesives Conference
, IKEA's Deputy Material and Innovation Leader in Polymers, will present IKEA's perspective and strategic direction for the wood adhesives used in their products — both as brand owner, as well as furniture producer. He will explain IKEA's focus to move towards a fossil-free adhesive base while retaining the same expectations of form, function and cost as present solutions — BUT with an advantage of sustainable and healthy products. IKEA plans to build the change in a stepwise approach with the expectation to achieve their objectives by 2030.
