 RPX Completes Transaction with University of Tennessee Research Foundation

RPX Corporation, the leading provider of patent risk and discovery management solutions, has announced that it has completed a patent rights agreement with the University of Tennessee Research Foundation (UTRF), a nonprofit organization promoting the commercialization of University of Tennessee's intellectual property. UTRF, in coordination with Saint Matthew Research, LLC, initiated a patent litigation campaign earlier this year asserting five patents developed by professors and graduate students at The University of Tennessee. more
