'Cuomo' bridge could help potential 2020 presidential bid

Gov. Andrew Cuomo wasn't on the 2020 presidential campaign trail, but it wasn't hard to imagine that he was. Instead, it was August 2017. He was on a boat in the middle of the Hudson River with members of the media, giving a tour of the new $3.9 billion Tappan Zee Bridge replacement he had politicked his way into naming after his father, three-term governor Mario, approximately a month earlier.
