Here's how your military teen could win a $2,000 scholarship
It's no secret that helping your military kids pay for college can be very hard. Sure, you have the post-9/11 GI Bill that you might be able to transfer, but not everyone qualifies. And getting in-state tuition or finding a school in the place you actually live can be impossible. Fortunately, there are a variety of organizations that offer scholarships just for military kids, including one from the Defense Commissary Agency and the Fisher House — and all you have to do is apply before the deadline.
