Why DASH and Mediterranean are the best diets for 2018
Many people who swore to eat healthy or drop some pounds in the beginning of the year may have fallen the wagon at this point. Kudos if you haven’t; but for the rest of us, it’s time to get some motivation again. In January, U.S. News & World Report released its annual ranking of the Best Diets Overall, which saw DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) and Mediterranean coming out on top.
