Man faces drug charges after allegedly stealing 6,000 quarters from a Mississippi car wash

A man being held for allegedly stealing 6,000 quarters from a local car wash now faces narcotics charges. Grand jurors contend that Corey Edward Pruitt, 351 McDonnell St., Lewisville, Texas, should stand trial for charges of grand larceny, felony-offense malicious mischief, possession of burglary tools and possession of a schedule II controlled substance. The Adams County Sheriff’s Office is holding Pruitt on a $135,000 bond.
