Ways to watch out for concussions among high school athletes
As fall sports kick into high gear, health officials want parents to know the dangers of concussions. Athletic department's across the Ohio Valley say they are keeping a close eye on head injuries throughout every sport season. Wheeling Park High School's athletic trainer said that at the beginning of the year they suggest their athletes get an impact test to serve as a baseline for their speed, memory, concentration and reaction time.
