Texas sheriff talks border wall security, government shutdown
Andy Louderback has been the sheriff of Jackson County for 16 years and he has been to the White House several times to discuss border security and criminal justice issues. Louderback was seen sitting next to President Trump as the president answered questions about the ongoing government shutdown and the border wall. Louderback is also the legislative director for the Sheriffs' Association of Texas and he said a wall is needed along the border but maintains it is only a partial solution.
