Accountable care organizations expressed concern over new Trump administration regulations that reduced the amount of time they can remain in upside-only models. Recently, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services finalized a new rule that forces ACOs onto a two-sided risk track after a maximum of 2 or 3 years instead of 6 years.
