An hour a week of physical activity can prevent disabilities

There is good news for older adults who may be experiencing pain in their hips or legs to be able to prevent any disability from arthritic pain through physical activity for just a minimum of 10 minutes per day or an hour a week, which was revealed in a study published on April 1. Researchers from Northwestern Medicine did a study and found that for older adults to avoid limitations to their movements it was enough for them to do less than 10 minutes a day of moderate physical activity.
