In the early morning hours of June 12, 2016, a man armed with an assault-style rifle and pistol attacked Pulse Nightclub in Orlando, FL. In the hours that followed, hundreds of first responders, physicians, nurses and healthcare administrators were thrust into an unimaginable situation.
