Two hours of nature a week improves health and wellness
Science keeps proving that spending time in nature does the mind and body well. In Japan they have official Forest Therapy trails designated for "shinrin-yoku" (forest bathing) to improve health. Meanwhile, one comprehensive review concluded that spending time in greenspace "reduces the risk of Type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, premature death, preterm birth, stress and high blood pressure, among other benefits."
