NYSA Harassment Prevention Training Program
The New York Staffing Association, in conjunction with the American Staffing Association, is excited to announce that it will launch an online Harassment Prevention Training Program specifically for staffing firms operating in New York City or New York State within the next month.
The course content was developed by Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP, NYSA’s corporate counsel, in conjunction with the ASA legal department. The training is intended to fulfill all city and state harassment prevention training requirements enacted in the wake of the #MeToo movement.
The NYSA-ASA Harassment Prevention Training Program will feature
Unlimited access to the online course, which can be used for all temporary workers
An online course landing page, specific to your staffing company, that includes mandated information—such as the contact person within your company with whom harassment claims should be filed.
Proof of completion for workers who complete the entire course
This comprehensive training is a member benefit and available only to NYSA or ASA members.
The savings over other courses on the market are well worth the price of membership. To learn more about joining NYSA
