How hot are Alabama's school buses? Drivers show us

from AL.com

School bus drivers across Alabama are sharing pictures of just how hot it gets on a school bus in the afternoons. And boy, does it get hot. 124 degrees in Mobile County. 115 degrees in Jackson County in northeast Alabama. 112 degrees in Shelby County south of Birmingham. The Alabama Education Association, which represents school bus drivers, launched a campaign last week asking their member school bus drivers to take a picture of the temperature on their bus when they start their afternoon routes and post it to social media. more
