Students in the Helen and Arthur E. Johnson Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences have plenty of high-tech opportunities to practice patient care. The college’s Clinical Simulation Center allows students to practice caring for patients on realistic mannequins made from plastic and latex and powered by a Windows server. The pretend patients can breathe, blink, vomit, bleed, cry and cough up sputum. They can even suffer a runny nose. more
