Those needing hepatitis A vaccine can be hardest to find

With new cases of hepatitis A reported in Florida each month, the state's epidemic is unlikely to end soon, state Surgeon General Scott Rivkees cautioned in a recent appearance before state lawmakers. State officials say the only way to stop the outbreak is to vaccinate 80% of those at high risk. Many are homeless or use drugs.
