'There was no warning': Stay-at-home child-care subsidy cut following Alberta provincial budget

A government subsidy aimed at helping stay-at-home parents has been cut following the provincial budget. The subsidy was available to families with at least one parent that works or goes to school less than 20 hours per week, and cares for children aged six and younger.
