from Philadelphia Business Journal
Following a national trend, fewer homes are up for sale in the Philadelphia region, but home prices are up. Housing inventory dropped 12% nationally from December 2018 to December 2019, the largest year-over-year decline in nearly three years, according to a study from Realtor.com. The Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington metro area had one of the highest rates of inventory decline in the U.S.: active listings in the region fell 26.3% over the last year.
