New Jersey takes first step toward reducing greenhouse gases under Murphy energy plan
Gov. Phil Murphy unveiled his much-anticipated energy master plan on Monday, echoing his prior calls to drastically reduce New Jersey's greenhouse gas emissions in a state that is already feeling the effects of global climate change.
